THE "CUSTOM" INVITATION

The definition of custom-made: made to order, according to the customer's specifications.

So basically, no one else is going to have your invitation. The samples you see from Plus-Diva Designs are previous purchases that now become inspirations for the next person.

The invitation pictured was for a Sweet 16. Her theme was "Lights, Camera, Action" and her colors were red, black and gold. She's wasn't having a large party so she was able to splurge a little more on her invitations. She decided to go with a red pocket fold style invite that, once opened, held her invitation in the center. The pocket to the right held her "Schedule of Events" so that it could be easily removed. The pocket fold invitation was wrapped in a black textured card stock sash with her name and event printed onto a white square card stock.

She went with a black envelope and used an address wrap. On the back was name and address. On the front of the wrap was printed "You're Invited" along with her theme. I didn't have use individual guest names because she was hand delivering.

When deciding on an invitation for any occasion, you have to consider how much you want your invite to stand out from the rest. Do you want something "custom-made" or just an everyday invite. Yes you will pay more for custom-made, but it will set the tone for your big day with plenty of style.
